These two bedroom apartments are located in the centre of Olhos d'Agua.  Built to a high specification, the apartments feature secure underground parking and air conditioning. 

Set in an ideal location within close walking distance of the beach and promenade of Olhos d'Agua as well as a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

The development comprises of two blocks of 28 apartments, which are built to a high standard and feature air conditioning in the living rooms and bedrooms, electric shutters, ceramic tiled floors and varnished beech wood finishings.   There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet as well as an en suite shower room.

The balcony is furnished with a modern table and 4 armchairs ideal for breakfast in the sun!

Oceanus Jardim development in Olhos de Agua is a refined location where you can experience an enjoyable a relaxing holiday.  Set in an ideal location, within close walking distance of a choice of the beaches of Olhos d'Agua, Maria Luisa or Falesia.  All beaches have toilet/shower facilities and and Olhos d' Agua beach is adjacent to the village's promenade lined with restaurants and cafes.  Olhos d' Agua has a large selection of very good restaurants and bars and also has a number of shops, banks, pharmacies and a medical centre all in near proximity of the apartment.  For the Kids there is the beach, pool, AqualShow, Slide and Splash or Zoomarine.  For those wishing to venture a little further, there are bus stops and a taxi rank in the immediate vicinity.

ABOUT THE AREA

Olhos de Agua is a refined location where you can experience an enjoyable a relaxing holiday. There is a variety of local shops cafes and bars. The Olhos de Agua beach is 5min walk or a 10 min stroll with a resident lifeguard and has toilet/shower facilities with the Maria Luisa and Falesia beaches in near proximity. The village has numerous shops, banks, pharmacist and a medical centre all in near proximtyof the apartment. A taxi rank and bus stop is a short distance as is a supermarket with its own bakery. There is a tourist information office with excursions to Zoo Marine/Slide and Splash or a Fishing Trip. Car and cycle hire can also be arranged from here as well as a shuttle bus to the Large Algarve shopping area in Guia which is about 15-20 minutes away. The local EVA buses can take you into Albufeira or in the other direction into Vilamoura. Cost of a bus into Albufeira approx. €2 taxi approx. €5 Olhos de Agua is ideally situated; approximately 5 mins from Albufeira and 15 mins from Vilamoura by car. There are 2 large shopping centres one is near Faro and the other is in Guia (15-20 mins by car) which has numerous shops and large stores selling well known designer labels with cinema complex as well a ten pin bowling facility. There are Golf courses in the immediate vicinity of Olhos de Agua - Pine Cliffs and the Balaia Golf village and numerous more courses in Vilamoura.

CLEANING STANDARDS UPDATE

In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions:

- Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.

- Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.

- Change all our linen and towels after every stay.

- We make sure that the property is aired, disinfected in between guests.

We do not generally accept Hen or Stag groups. This is at the discretion of the owner and if your booking is accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested. 

Same gender groups under 30 years of age will only be accepted at the discretion of the owner.  If such groups are accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested. 

We advise that you mention  in your enquiry if you unsure of our acceptance policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals to the property after 20.00 hours will incur an additional fee of €20.00, after 21.00 Hours £30.00 and after 12 midnight will be €40.00. This is payable on arrival to the property manager.
