Albufeira beachThere are several beaches in or close to Albufeira;  Praia dos Pescadores (Fishermans Beach) is in the heart of the Old Town, with Praia do Tunel (Albufeira Beach) right alongside.  Amongst others there are Praia d'Oura and Santa Eulalia to the eastern side of the town.

Three kilometers to the east of Albufeira is the quieter resort of Olhos d’Agua.  Nearby beaches include Praia da Falesia, probably one of the most beautiful in this part of the Algarve. It’s long, at over 8 km, and is flanked by red cliffs.
It runs eastwards, all the way to Vilamoura. Another beach, Santa Eulalia is a gentle beach, ideal for young children.
