This first floor apartment overlooks the communal pools and tennis court as well as having a view of the sea. It is just 5 minutes away from a very pretty beach in Olhos de Agua complete with typical Portuguese fishing boats.
The walk down to the beach takes you past lots of local restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is furnished to a high standard complete with double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed and single armchair bed in the lounge.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Air conditioning has been installed in the bedroom. The balcony is furnished with a modern table and 4 chairs ideal for breakfast in the sun!

ABOUT THE AREA
The property is located in the area of Olhos d'Agua, situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura. This area is often referred to as the "village" as it has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The village and its surrounding areas boast numerous restaurants many of which serve traditional Portuguese food and offer a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere whilst the hustle and bustle of Albufeira remains just a 5 minute drive away.
There is a large supermarket and other shops - all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.
Olhos d'Aqua beach (5 mins walk) offers a very relaxing haven with shops, cafes and beach restaurants close at hand - ideal for family fun and relaxation.
Santa Eulalia beach is just 20 min walk and offers beautiful golden sands. Many other fabulous beaches are available just a short drive away.
The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira. However the Algarve is well known for having wonderful golf courses and there is a choice of five award winning courses in nearby Vilamoura.
Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphin and tropical bird shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lakes and gardens.
There is a choice of three water parks - Aqualand, Slide and Splash and Aquashow - all within a short drive.
Old town Albufeira is about 3km away on the far side of Albufeira main town. Here there is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Algarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares, plus a superb variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The Old Town is a very safe family orientated area with free entertainment available nightly at many bars in the summer season.
Albufeira Marina offers various types of boat trip and has a number of restaurants and bars to relax in after a pleasant day sailing.
For those who want more vibrant night life, the famous "strip" in neighbouring Albufeira offers a multitude of bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
In the other direction, neighbouring Vilamoura offers a wonderful chance to sit with a glass of wine whilst watching the yachts in the marina shimmer in the Algarve sun. The marina area also offers good night life with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. There are many different types of boat trip available here, including "dolphin watching", "fishing" and "BBQ on the Beach".
DESCRIPTION OF THE DESTINATION

Places of interest include the region's capital Faro and its old town, Loule and its market situated in a recently renovated Moorish building, Silves and its red fortress, Caldas de Monchique for its thermal waters, Portimao’s old town and port, Lagos for its vitality and historical interest and Cabo de S. Vicente with its imposing light-house.
Above all, the Algarve is a children's haven with several exciting water parks, 'Zoomarine' sealife centre, horse riding centres and plenty of fun on the beaches!
