Casa Kivu 4 Bedroom Villa in Loulé

Casa Kivu, is a 4 bedroom villa located in the peacful area of Parragil. The villa is less than 5 miles from the Historic town of Loule.. Other areas such as the beautiful beach resort of Vilamoura is a short drive away.

The Old town of Albufeira is also a short drive away. The villa has beautiful views and is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable.

The property is in an enclosed plot and there is a large. private swimming pool to the rear of the villa which is 8 x 4 mtrs with a depth of 0.95 to 1.85 mtrs. Sunloungers are by the pool side and also an outdoor shower.

This property is suitable to accommodate 6 adults each taking a double bedroom with terraces overlooking the beautiful views and the 4th bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds and a single pull out bed accommodating 5 children , there is also space for a baby cot.

The villa is spacious and bright with a very comfortable and pleasant layout. In the dining area there is a table for 8 people, TV channels inlude international TV. The kitchen is open plan leading onto the dining area and lounge.

Outside there is a large beautiful terraces with a large dining table and an outdoor lounge under a pergola. There is a Gas BBQ for our guests to enjoy outdoor grilling.

Guests have the use of a washing machine, cot and high chair if needed.
Plenty of parking for cars behind electric gates.

NO PETS ALLOWED, NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY

A second bedroom with 4 beds (a fifth bed available) with a shower room and 1 toilet.

Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, fridge and freezer, electric coffee maker, electric juicer.

A large and spacious terrace with table for 8 people and outdoor lounge under a pergola with LED lighting dominates the pool of 8 meters by 4 meters (minimum depth 0.95 m, maximum 1.85 m)

Gas barbecue available for delicious grilling.

Beautiful garden overlooking the countryside with solarium and deckchairs.

At your disposal: washing machine, high chair for children, cot up to 2 years old. Internet (Wi-Fi). Reserved parking at the house.
Casa Kivu is located 8 kms from Loulé in a peaceful urbanization with a very unobstructed view. Villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is ideal for 3 couples and children. Spacious and bright, with a very comfortable and pleasant layout; living room with table for 8 people for meals, international TV channels with flat screen. Upstairs a bedroom with 1 kingsize bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedroom opens onto a terrace with very unobstructed views of the countryside.

Car advisable 

To secure your dates we request a 25% deposit of the Total cost this can be paid by bank transfer.
5 weeks before your arrival day, we requested the balance payment which is due 4 weeks before your arrival date and a security deposit of £/€ 500.00.  The security deposit will be refunded to you 3/5 days after your departure.

Payments can be made in Euros, if you prefer this then please state in your enquiry.

ABOUT THE AREA

Casa Kivu is in Parragil, between Loulé and Boliqueime, about fifteen kilometers from the sea and 20 minutes from Faro airport.

The town of Loulé, of Roman origin, is 8 kms away and famous for its handicrafts market. (basketry, copper, wood) and its famous Carnival.

The Municipal Market of Loulé, a colourful Arabic-style building, is particularly popular on Saturdays with the arrival of local producers of fruits and vegetables grown in the rich agricultural region that surrounds it.
Within a radius of 20 km you can find a large choice of supermarkets (Continente, Pingo Doce, Liedl, Aldi, Auchan, Intermarché), shopping centres (Mar shopping, Algarve Shopping Guia, Forum Algarve Faro) and fish markets (Albufeira, Olhao) as well as many restaurants.

The famous Villamoura Marina is very popular for its many boats as well as for its sea excursions and numerous restaurants.
Within a radius of 50 kms more than 20 golf courses, tennis, padel etc are available as well as many water parks.
Finally, due to its geographical proximity to the centre of the Algarve, Loulé gives the advantage of access to the many beaches on the coast as well as to the many hikes or bike rides along the sea or in the hinterland.

CLEANING STANDARDS UPDATE

In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reasons we are taking the following actions:

- Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.

- Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.

- Change all our linen and towels after every stay.

- We make sure that the property is aired, disinfected in between guests.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS: PRIVATE TRANSFERS DIRECT TO YOUR PROPERTY - PLEASE ASK FOR PRICES

We do not generally accept Hen or Stag groups. This is at the discretion of the owner and if your booking is accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested. 

Same gender groups under 30 years of age will only be accepted at the discretion of the owner.  If such groups are accepted then a higher security deposit may be requested. 

We advise that you mention  in your enquiry if you unsure of our acceptance policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals to the property after 20.00 hours will incur an additional fee of €20.00, after 21.00 Hours £30.00 and after 12 midnight will be €40.00. This is payable on arrival to the property manager.
